 POSSESS NEW GROUNDS 

“Deuteronomy 1:6-7 “The LORD our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount: Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites””

God is pro-prosperity. The Bible says He takes pleasure in our prosperity (Psa. 35:27). Therefore, stagnation is not His will  for you. Our opening text today spells out His desire for you to step up and take new territories, rather than being immobilized in one spot.

A new territory could mean a new place, job, opportunity to advance your career, new business or even an advancement in ministry. Sometimes, we assume that we have attained the highest possible points in our endeavours, until the Holy Spirit opens our eyes to see better strategies that can take us even further. 

Thus, the key to possessing new grounds is in listening to the voice of God’s Spirit to discern when to make a move, and how to do so. Also remember to be diligent to do all that the Lord will show you, so you may be found faithful and worthy to possess new territories

DAILY STARTUP PRAYER

Startup Prayer: :  Father in the name of Jesus, cause my eyes to see the new territories I must possess, and give me the grace to diligently press towards them

PRAYER FOR A NATION – ST. MARTIN
The largest religion is Christianity however, the Christian foundation in this nation seeks to provide a platform for united action among evangelical Christian leaders on both the French and Dutch sides of the island.

Prayer for the Nation: Father in the name of Jesus, we ask for wisdom upon the church in St. Martin, to effectively use the tool of love to win many to Christ, in Jesus name.

Prayer for the Leaders:
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that by your wisdom, the leaders of st. Martin will make decisions that will further the cause of the gospel in the land, in Jesus Name

Prayer for Israel – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today, that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen. (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH

Father in the name of Jesus,  cause the church to walk in love and unity, so that it will experience growth and increase in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL

Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that more doors of the Gospel be opened unto us, and that more missionaries will arise to take the Gospel everywhere, in Jesus name.
