LIVE NOW: LET YOUR GLORY REST UPON ME – Praying the Promises | 15TH APRIL, 2024.

STRENGTHEN THE WEAK
Galatians 6:1
“ Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such a one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.”
The Christian life is not lived by strength alone. The Bible says by strength shall no man prevail (1Sam. 2:9). Even more, the Bible records the example of Paul, who despite his heroics in the Kingdom still needed the grace of God to overcome certain weaknesses. We are no different; we are what we are by the grace of God.
Having this understanding, it would be wrong for any believer to join in the mockery of another who has been overtaken by a fault. As we see in our scriptural text today, the right response is not to look down on the weak, but to seek to strengthen and restore such to full strength in the faith, considering that we ourselves need the grace of God to stand.
Do you have any believer around you who is suddenly giving in to temptation or slipping into passivity? Do not allow the fire of a fellow soldier be quenched. Rather, be the first to pray for him/her (Eph. 3:16), and to bring God’s Word to such in love. This is being responsible as a believer in helping others to stand in the midst of a revival. Glory be to God.

PRAYER FOR A NATION-TANZANIA
Christianity is the largest religion in Tanzania, with a substantial Muslim minority. Current statistics on the relative sizes of various religions in Tanzania are limited because religious questions have been eliminated from government census reports since 1967. However, estimates published by the Pew Research Center in 2012 indicated that 61.4% of the population were Christian, 35.2% Muslim, 1.8% practiced traditional folk religions and 1.4% were unaffiliated.
