REMEMBER HIS GOODNESS

Isaiah 63:7
“I will mention the loving kindnesses of the LORD, and the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD hath bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he hath bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.”

On the last day of each month it is very important that you look back and call to remembrance the benevolence of the Lord in your life, and begin to declare it loud for all to hear. The essence of this recollection is to move your heart to worship God in gratitude.

True gratitude is built upon an understanding that God is the source of all that we have received. This in turn wells up a deep seated resolution to lavish praise on the God of all goodness for every success that we have achieved rather than ascribing undue praise and honour to our own intelligence, creativity, wealth, and skil,l etc,.

So today, put on an attitude of gratitude as you remind yourself of all the marvelous things that God has done for you in the course of the year. This automates the cycle of God’s blessings upon your life. Glory to God!

Dear Heavenly Father,

PRAYER FOR A NATION- Yemen

Yemen has a rich Christian history, with evidence of Christian presence dating back to the 4th century. However, over the centuries, the Christian population has dwindled significantly due to various factors such as persecution, migration, and political instability.

Today, Yemen is considered one of the most dangerous countries for Christians, with only a small number of indigenous Christians remaining, estimated to be around 2,000-3,000. Many have fled the country due to the ongoing conflict, terrorism, and religious persecution.

Prayer for the nation:
Father in the name of Jesus,
we pray for an end to the conflict and bloodshed that has ravaged this nation. In the mighty name of Jesus.

Prayer for the leaders:

Father in the Name of Jesus, cause the leaders to put the interest of its citizens at heart always.

Prayer for Israel
Father, cause Israel to be victorious against her enemies, in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the Name of Jesus, let the made redemption be the focus of the church, in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS/ REVIVAL

Father, in the name of Jesus, cause our laborers to walk in signs and wonders as they reach out to the unsaved in the name of Jesus.
