SACRIFICE TO BETTER SOMEONE’S LIFE

Judges 20:26
“For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
“

You are called to make a difference in a world where poverty and need are present. God’s command to you is clear: open your hand wide to your brother, poor, and needy. Giving to those in need is not a new concept, but the way you give matters. Many give out of abundance, but God calls you to sacrifice.

◾️You are required to surrender something precious, valuable, or dear when you give sacrificially. It’s not just about donating excess but about surrendering what matters. When you give sacrificially, you demonstrate your trust in God’s provision and your commitment to loving your neighbors.

As you consider giving to those in need, ask yourself: Are you willing to sacrifice your comforts, resources, or plans to better someone’s life? If yes, then do not not hesitate to. The lord will open doors of unending supply for

▪ Dear Lord, help me to give sacrificially, to someone in need, in Jesus name.

◾Prayer for a Nation- Afghanistan

Afghanistan is a Muslim-majority country with a small Christian minority. There is no official count of Christians in Afghanistan, as many are forced to keep their faith secret due to persecution. However, estimates suggest that there are only a few hundred to a few thousand Christians in the country.

Christianity is not recognized as a legitimate religion in Afghanistan, and converts from Islam face severe discrimination and even death. The country’s constitution only recognizes Islam as the official religion, and apostasy (converting from Islam to another religion) is punishable by death.

Despite these challenges, there are some underground churches and Christian communities in Afghanistan, mostly made up of expatriates and converts from other religions. However, their activities are heavily restricted, and they often face harassment and intimidation from authorities and extremist groups.

◾Prayer for the Nation
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that you will deliver the people of Afghanistan from the challenges that they face. In the name of Jesus.

◾Prayer for the Leaders
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that you open a door for more believers to occupy the seats of power in the country, men & woman that would foster policies to Favour the course of the Gospel in Afghanistan.

◾Prayer for Israel
Father, in the name of Jesus, cause Israel to be victorious, in the name of Jesus.

◾Prayer for the Unity of the Church

Dear father, we pray for a deeper understanding and peace within the body of Christ in Jesus name.

◾Prayer for Souls/Revival
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for the spirit of conviction to be released upon the heart of every unsaved soul that they will come to the Lord in Jesus name.
