PARTNER WITH GOD

- Matthew 6:10 (KJV) - “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.”

Prayer is a special privilege given to us by God to cause a change on the earth, and in our own lives.

Our opening scripture today shows us that we can superimpose the Kingdom of God here on earth, causing the will of God to take effect here as it is in heaven. How profound!

Prayer is an important element in bringing the will of God to pass. It is partnering with God to unlock the heavenly resources He has prepared for us, allowing His purposes to manifest on earth as they already are in heaven.

Thus, a believer who desires to see the promises of God come to pass in his or her life must be a person of prayer, one who looks into the Word to search out the will of God, and engages heaven in prayer to bring the same to pass.

Therefore, decide today to be an active participant in bringing God’s plans for your life, marriage, home, career or business to pass by making prayer a priority. Align your heart with Him and pray for His will to be done in your life today. Glory to God!

START-UP PRAYER:

Father in the name of Jesus, I thank You for the privilege of partnering with You in prayer. Teach me to be diligent in my prayer walk with you, so I may see Your purposes fulfilled on earth as it is in Heaven in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR A NATION: BELIZE

The majority of Belizeans profess Christianity but often combine it with other religious practices including superstitions, paganism, and black magic.

This diluted form of Christianity is exemplified by the ten percent of people who attend church weekly, and the 70% of pastors who are bi-vocational.

PRAYER FOR THE NATION:

Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that you stir up a hunger for more of Your presence amongst the believers of this land, so that through their faith, many will come to know you in Belize, in the name of Jesus.

PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that you cause the leaders of this land to seek to do your will as opposed to their selfish interest in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL

Father in the name of Jesus, cause your chosen people of Israel to know you and seek you with all their hearts ,that they may align fully with your will for the nation, in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH

Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for grace to forebear one another in love, and to put away every form of malice in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL

Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that the cares of the world will stop choking the reality of eternity from the heart of the unsaved soul in and around us in Jesus Name.

Jeremiah 33:3 (KJV)
“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”

At times, it may feel like you are praying, but nothing is changing in your situation. This often leads to discouragement and a temptation to give up on prayer. However, the Word of God assures us that we should expect a response anytime we call on Him in prayer. Just like we see in our opening text, God already promised that each time we pray, He will answer, revealing things beyond our understanding. This is a reminder that our prayers are not in vain, and we should confidently expect divine intervention.

It’s essential therefore to recognize that prayer gives God access to do on earth what He has already established in heaven. By engaging in intercession, you activate heaven’s power and open the portal for angelic beings to work on your behalf. When you persist in prayer, you create an entry point for God’s glory to manifest in your life. Intercession has the ability to move the hand of God, resulting in supernatural visitations, dreams, visions, and angelic encounters. God responds when we create room for Him through prayer, allowing His will to be established in every area of our lives.

Today, decide to stand in prayer daily, not just for yourself but for your family, friends, and even those who are lost. As you pray, you are expanding the spiritual portal over your life, inviting God’s intervention. The more you engage in this, the more God’s glory will be revealed, and His intervention will impact all aspects of your life. Do not give up! expect supernatural encounters as you continue to seek His face in prayer. Glory to God!

Oh Lord, I thank You for the assurance that You will answer when I call. Help me to engage in intercession with faith, expecting Your divine intervention in every area of my life today in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR A NATION
BENIN

Historically one of the least evangelized nations in Africa, the Church in Benin has grown from 50,000 people to 770,000 in just thirty years. However, the nation also has one of the highest rates of syncretism, specifically combining Christianity, animism, and Voodoo. The need for trained pastors is in high demand.

PRAYER FOR THE NATION:

Father, we lift up the need for trained pastors in Benin. We ask that you raise up men and women who are dedicated to studying Your Word and shepherding Your flock in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS
Father, we ask that you give the leaders especially the military, the grace to resist any temptation toward violence or corruption and serve the nation with honour in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that the thousands of Arab and Jewish believers who are currently disconnected from the Church will desire to connect with those who believe, become solid disciples, and be a part of building God’s Kingdom in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that you grant wisdom and understanding to church leaders, that they will make decisions that honor You, reflect Your character, and protect Your people in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that the unbelieving around us would begin to see sin as You do, that they will become resolved to pursue righteousness with all their might all the days of their lives in Jesus name.
