CONTINUE IN THANSGIVING

Praise is a powerful “toggle switch” that activates God’s response. Where other acts of devotion may fall short, praise can bring us before God’s very presence, shifting our lives and circumstances.

Psalm 100:4 KJV
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, And into his courts with praise: Be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Thanksgiving is more than a private feeling; it is a public acknowledgment of God’s goodness, a heartfelt expression of gratitude for His blessings. True thanksgiving requires action — it is not complete until we express our gratitude through words or deeds. Without this expression, the sentiment of thanksgiving remains incomplete, lacking the fullness of honor that God deserves.

Our scripture today reminds us that thanksgiving is not simply a follow-up to prayer; it is a vital part of the prayer process itself. Each prayer should be accompanied by thanksgiving, creating a cycle that honors God as both the Giver and the sustainer. Just as we might remind someone in our lives of a promise that is slow in coming, our thanksgiving to God serves as a reminder of His promises, keeping us in His thoughts and plans. When we thank God sincerely, we put our requests on His priority list, moving Him to action on our behalf.

Let your heart be filled with thanksgiving today. Express your gratitude, even for promises yet to be fulfilled, knowing that thanksgiving activates God’s performance in your life. As you give thanks sincerely, may you enter a season where God’s promises are brought to fruition in surprising and miraculous ways.

START-UP PRAYER

Oh Lord, I ask for grace to develop a heart of gratitude always. Cause my heart to be filled with gratitude to you always because you are a good God and you do not fail in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR A NATION
BRUNEI
In the nation of Brunei, government and religion are intermingled. A constitutional sultanate, locally known as the Malay Islamic Monarchy, rules the nation in an Islamic tradition dating back to the 15th century.  Even Brunei’s national flag displays the crescent moon, a common Islamic emblem that illustrates the nation’s religious affiliations. Though only 67% of Bruneians are Muslim, it is illegal to proselytize, and Muslims are forbidden to convert from Islam. These restrictions greatly hinder missionary attempts to establish new Christian communities.

PRAYER FOR THE NATION:

Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that the Gospel of Christ will gain ascendancy in the hearts of the people of this land in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that every demonic-inspired counsel being given to the leaders of this nation will be exposed and destroyed in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, in the Name of Jesus, continue to draw the Jewish people to You according to Your sovereign plan.

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that you will strengthen our hunger to know and be intimate with you so that we may walk according to your divine plan always in the Name of Jesus.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that you will bless our outreaches weekly, that they will be productive in reaching the people of this city and its environs.
