Seeking opportunities is keeping a posture of readiness and a heart attuned to God’s will, constantly maintaining spiritual sensitivity and wisdom in seizing life transforming moments God provides. By being alert, prayerful, and full of the Word, you can recognize specific assignments, breakthrough moments, and open doors that lead to rest. This proactive approach redeems time and ensures your life aligns with God’s purposes always.
Commit today to living with heightened awareness of God’s move in your life. Pay close attention to the voice of the holy ghost when you pray, take note of all instructions to gain insight into every opportunity He presents, and take bold steps of faith to seize them.
START-UP PRAYER:
Father, in the name of Jesus, grant me the wisdom to recognize and act upon every opportunity You present to me, help me to walk in readiness, redeeming the time, and fulfilling Your purpose for my life in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR A NATION
CAMBODIA
Since the 15th century, Buddhism has been the national religion in Cambodia. Today 85 percent of the population is Buddhist, while less than two percent is Evangelical Christian. In spite of past governmental attempts to eliminate all religions, Christianity has survived. Christians have worshiped openly since 1990, and indigenous church planters have established many new churches. The overwhelming social and emotional traumas of the past have left people open to the gospel. Mature Christian leadership is crucial to mobilize the churches to meet the needs of the people today.
PRAYER FOR THE NATION:
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for Your grace and mercy over Cambodia. Heal the wounds of the past and give the people a future filled with hope and faith. May Your truth take root deeply and change lives throughout the nation, in Jesus’ Name.
PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS:
Father, in the Name of Jesus, we ask that You bless Cambodia’s leaders with clarity and integrity. May they seek righteousness, lead with compassion, and be examples of justice to all citizens. Let their hearts be softened towards Your truth, in Jesus’ Name.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL:
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that You protect and prosper Israel. Let them fulfill the purpose You have for them, and may their witness lead many to acknowledge Jesus Christ as the Savior, in Jesus’ Name.
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH:
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that You create a bond of love among the churches in Cambodia. Let them come together in strength and humility, serving as a powerful example of Your love to the nation and the world, in Jesus’ Name.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL:
Father, in the Name of Jesus, pour out Your Spirit on Cambodia. Ignite a passion for You in the hearts of the people, leading to widespread revival and a renewed commitment to follow You. May lives be changed for eternity, in Jesus’ Name.
