Man is a tripartite being, we have a spirit, soul, and a body. It is our body that gives us functionality upon the earth. Without our bodies, we would be absent from the physical realm. It is very important to take good care of your body, nurture and tend to it properly so it can function the way that it should.
Many believers pay very much attention to the development of their spirit and less attention to their body. They forget to eat right, exercise daily, and relax the body when they should. This balance is very important for all-round success in life.
God not only desires that you prosper in your spirit but also in your soul and your body. This alignment allows your spirit to soar thereby fulfilling your purpose and assignment on earth.
