“Say ye not, confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid. Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.”
Isaiah 18:12-13
When we walk in faith, we sanctify and glorify God but fear displeases Him. Fear refers to an unpleasant emotion or thought that one has when he is frightened or worried by something dangerous, painful or bad that has happened, is happening, or might happen. Many live in a state of fear where they constantly think about an unpleasant or frightening event because they think that it might happen.
Fear is the opposite of faith and it works amidst Doubt, Shame, Loneliness, Rejection, Seeking Men’s Affection, Self-Worthlessness & Self Hatred, Isolation, etc. And it gives the devil legal right and access to unleash his attack against us.
You, therefore, therefore need to repent for allowing any form of fear into your life. Begin to reflect and consider any way you have allowed fear to abide with you and every way this has affected you or others – body, soul, and spirit, and repent today.
