John 9:4
“I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.”
Laziness can never bring prosperity, and no amount of prayer can replace the necessity of hard work. Jesus Himself emphasized the importance of diligence, saying, “I must work the works of him that sent me” (John 9:4, KJV). Even at creation, God worked for six days before resting on the seventh. If God worked, then you too must embrace the value of work. It is not optional—it is a command. When you choose idleness, you open the door for the enemy to steal the blessings intended for you, regardless of the prayers and prophecies over your life.
Diligence is key to unlocking God’s blessings. Prayer is powerful, but it is most effective when it partners with the work of your hands. Scripture declares that God will “bless all the work of thine hand” (Deuteronomy 28:12, KJV). This means that, while prayer invites God’s favor, it is through diligent work that His blessings manifest. No matter how fervently others pray for you, if you have nothing in your hands for God to bless, those prayers remain unfulfilled.
Therefore, commit to being diligent in every task and responsibility you have. Let your actions align with your prayers, knowing that God honors and rewards those who are faithful in their work. Make diligence your lifestyle, and watch how God will prosper the work of your hands. Glory toGod!
START-UP PRAYER
Lord, grant me the strength and discipline to work diligently. Help me to honor You through my efforts and to be faithful with every task You place in my hands. Bless the work of my hands, and let it yield fruit for Your glory.

BULGARIA
Today, the great majority of Bulgarians belong to the Orthodox Church. Yet most do not practice their faith, and for many it is only a sign of identity. Both Islam and Christianity in Bulgaria have incorporated some pagan beliefs and traditions, and both are subject to nominalism. The many ethnic minorities are in need of Christian ministry and discipleship.
PRAYER FOR THE NATION
Father, we pray for wise leaders and a biblically knowledgeable Church to be able to discern false doctrine from the truth of the Gospel in Jesus Name.
PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask for wisdom, integrity, and justice among Bulgaria’s leaders, that they would govern in a way that promotes peace, religious freedom, and societal well-being in Jesus Name.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, we ask that in this time of deep trouble, many Israelis, Palestinians, Jews in the nations, and others affected by the wars would turn wholeheartedly to You in Jesus Name.
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father, we ask that you synchronize the heart of every believer and unify our spirits to receive and submit to Your vision for us in Jesus Name.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father, we pray for the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ Jesus, who is Your very image, to be made known to those who are lost today in Jesus Name.
