BE PERSISTENT
Luke 22:44
“And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.”
As believers, persistence in prayer is crucial if we must breakthrough and see desired results. We must learn to wait and travail until we receive answers. Unfortunately, many believers give up too easily when their prayers seem unanswered. This shouldn’t be.
Our opening scriptures show Jesus’ persistence in prayer, repeating the same words over and over. This wasn’t a convenient or comfortable prayer; it was a passionate plea, allowing the Holy Ghost to pray through Him in deep, unutterable groanings. Apostle Paul compares this type of prayer to a woman’s labour pains, where the focus is solely on giving birth, regardless of time. To prevail in the spiritual realm, set men free, claim territories for God’s kingdom, and get prayer results, we must adopt this persistent prayer approach.
As you mediate on these words, act out your meditation by creating a prayer plan that will enable you develop a consistent and diligent prayer life. Remember! The answers you seek are already available, but you must contend in prayer to have them delivered to you Hallelujah!

Father, in the name of Jesus, I ask for grace to be persistent in prayers until I see results in Jesus Name.
PRAYER FOR A NATION
BAHRAIN
83.2% of the population claim to follow Islam and 9.8% claim to be Christians (predominantly foreigners) Although, Bahrain has opened its doors to some Christian influence, Proselytism remains illegal and local Christians struggle to freely practice their faith, some worshipping in secret. According to its citizens, Bahrain still remains desperately in need of the Gospel.
PRAYER FOR THE NATION:
Father, in the Name of Jesus, we pray for a fresh move of your spirit upon the land, that it may cause a wave of revival in every street and community, in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS:
Oh Lord, we pray that You will give the leaders of this nation a heart for justice and truth, in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, in the Name of Jesus, we ask that you raise up intercessors for Israel who would give You no peace day or night until You establish Jerusalem and make her the praise of the earth in Jesus Name.
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father, in the Name of Jesus, we pray that the passion for souls will be the driving force of the church, in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for every unsaved soul and we ask that you break the chains of addiction and sinful habits, leading them to repent in Jesus Name.
