Scriptural Text:  Proverbs 4:18
“But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.”

Our scriptural text today suggests that there is no end to the righteous man’s shinning. His testimony is that he gets better and better with every passing day. Everyone who seeks to walk in favour with God and men bear this in mind and hold it as a standard of performance.

You may have made some progress in the past. Do not let that limit you. There is still a longer way to go, a better place to be, a higher place to climb. Therefore, break your own records. Set bigger goals and achieve them. By so doing, you would not only be exhibiting your true nature as the righteous man who shines more and more, you would be setting yourself up for favour before God and men.

Therefore, develop the habit of seeking to always do bigger things and achieve better results in all that you do. Do not relax or become complacent after having achieved a level of success at work or in your walk with God. Instead, wake up every day seeking to break your own records of success. Start today.

🙏 DAILY PRAYER GUIDE

🙌🏾 PERSONAL PRAYER FOR THE DAY:
Dear Lord, strengthen me to keep aspiring for more and better performances in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR A NATION – MAURITIUS.
Background: Mauritius is the largest religion is Hindu with 29% unreached with the Gospel of Christ. Ministry to young people is met with encouraging openness. While they are less bound by ethnic loyalties, many are held back from open commitment by family pressures. Violent crime, sexual immorality, and use of Intravenous drugs has increased.

1. Prayer for the nation: We are praying every hold of Hinduism keeping the people of the land bound. We loose them to serve the Lord.
2. Prayer for the leaders: Dear Father, we pray against division in the leadership but that they will commit to working cooperatively for the common good of the nation.

🕍 PRAYER FOR ISRAEL – (Psalm 122:6)
I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city, amen.

💒 PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we declare that the church is coming to maturity in Christ and unto the fullness of the measure of Christ, in Jesus name.

☄️ PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we bind every territorial strongman that is standing against mass conversion of souls into Christianity in this environment, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
