Holy Spirit of the Living God, I welcome you into my life today. Help me to rely on you each and every day, and to heed the counsel of your Spirit in Jesus Name.
🏞️ PRAYER FOR A NATION -NEW ZEALAND
Almost half of New Zealanders stated they had no religion in the 2018 census and 6.7%made no declaration. Though Christianity remains the most common religion, the number of people affiliated with Christianity has declined since the 1990s, and Sikhism is the fastest-growing faith.
1. Prayer for the nation: Father in the name of Jesus, grant unto the church leaders in this nation the grace for discipleship, so that they may raise more disciples and witnesses unto Christ in Jesus Name.
2. Prayer for the leaders: Dear Father, we pray that You will raise up righteous leaders in the nation, that will favour the course of the Gospel in Jesus Name.
