For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward: – Deuteronomy 10:17
God, beyond being a loving Father who loved the world so much that He sacrificed His Only Son to save the world, is also a judge. In fact, the Bible describes Him as being terrible. God is not a President; He is the Maker of the universe, Controller and Possessor of realms, the First and the Last. There is absolutely nothing to compare Him to, neither is there anyone like Him.
Many believers are yet to experience God at this level because they have not yet encountered the manifest presence of God in His terribleness. Remember what happened to the children of Israel when God came down at Sinai. Their hearts failed them as they saw a different side to God.
If we must walk in the Glory and experience the revival we must be mindful of the terribleness of God. There was a revival in the time of Annanias and Sapphira but they did not know that with such glory comes judgement and they both died in one day. We must take heed that with all the benefits of the glory is also the judgement it gives, instantly.
