SCRIPTURAL TEXT: JOB 33:14-16

For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep
falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction,

October 21st

If you are a father, will you like to live apart from your children and never want
to speak with them directly? No father in His right senses will do so. So, what
do you think about God, your Father? Do you see Him as an absent father who
will only communicate via text messages, or through an intermediary? No Way!
God is still alive and He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He has been
speaking from the beginning and He still speaks today.
God, our heavenly Father wants to communicate with us constantly about different aspects of life, like our
earthly parents do. He sees the end from the beginning and wants to show us things before they happen (John16:13), but often times, we are too busy to listen to him.
God is constantly speaking to us through different channels, but we need to understand the language of the
Spirit to enable us discern the information because, it is God’s will that we walk in the light and not in the dark
with regards to His plans and purpose for our lives . The people of the world may be in darkness or uncertainty
but a believer should never be confused or be in the dark about any area of his life because living in us is the allknowing God who spoke to our fathers in the past and is still speaking today. Glory to God!

PRAYER FOR THE DAY

Dear Father, open my ears to hear you and my eyes to
see you in Jesus name

PRAYER FOR LIBERIA

Background: The physical needs in Liberia are many – poverty, illiteracy and under-education, HIV/AIDS, etc,.
Islam’s expansion is also alarming as Liberia remains a major target for African Islam.
We are praying against every plan of the devil to Islamize the nation. We pray that the gospel will prevail.
O Lord, we bring the President and other leaders in different positions before you. May they find mercy and
grace before you as they look for solutions to the different problems that are affecting the nation

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL

Father, I ask today that there will be peace in
Jerusalem and that your purposes be
established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)
