LEAVE THE PAST BEHIND
Isaiah 43:18-19 (NIV)
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”
It’s easy to get bogged down by the weight of past failures and mistakes. The enemy loves to remind us of our shortcomings, whispering lies that we’re not good enough, that we’ll never achieve great things.
But God’s Word tells us a different story. In our opening text, God urges us to forget the former things and not dwell on the past. Why? Because He is doing a new thing! He is making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
He is redeeming our past, restoring our hope, and renewing our faith. To achieve great things, you must not look back but keep pressing on (Philippians 3:13). Keep looking to the future, and remember that God is always doing a new thing. He is making a way for you to do something BIG!

Startup Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, help me to forget the former things and not dwell on the past. Give me eyes to see the new thing you’re doing in my life, and the faith to press on towards the goal. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
PRAYER FOR A NATION-Vanuatu
Christianity is the largest religion in Vanuatu, with approximately 82% of the population identifying as Christian. However, kastom, a traditional method of worship, still dominates some parts of the nation.
Prayer for the nation:
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ will prevail in this nation, and that many will begin to seek the Lord earnestly, in Jesus’ name.
Prayer for the leaders:
Father, in the name of Jesus, grant unto this nation leaders who will seek you to receive instruction for justice, judgment, and equity, in Jesus’ name.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL – (Ps 122:6)
Father, we ask that You send help to Israel and comfort her in these trying times, in Jesus’ name.
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father, we pray for all churches, that you will grant unto them wisdom to create structures that foster unity, in the name of Jesus.
PRAYER FOR SOULS/ REVIVAL
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that the souls that have been saved through all our channels of outreaches will be sanctified and preserved by the Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus.
