Listen to Praying the Promises
Genesis 11:6 (KJV)–
“And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.”
One of the biggest reasons many people experience setbacks is due to a mind-set that easily accepts defeat. When faced with challenges, it can be tempting to give up or settle, but people who go far never allow setbacks to define them. Instead, they view every obstacle as an opportunity to find a way out. This determination and refusal to accept defeat is a quality that opens doors to new opportunities and breakthroughs. Those who overcome understand that success is not for the fainthearted but for those who hold a vision and persevere through difficulties.
To develop a resilient mind, there are two key areas to focus on. First, train your mind to think positively. Negative thoughts will always try to creep in, but if you choose to dwell on thoughts of hope and victory, you begin to shape your life in that direction. Secondly, focus on finding solutions. Positive thinking alone is not enough; you must also train yourself to actively search for ways to overcome obstacles. This mindset shift allows you to not only reject defeat but to be proactive in seeking a way forward.
As you face challenges, remind yourself that just because you cannot see a way does not mean there is no way. God can provide paths you may not yet see, and with a determined spirit, you will uncover them. Make it a daily commitment to believe there is a solution to every problem and to actively seek it.

PRAYER FOR A NATION
BURKINA FASO

Approximately half the population is Muslim and the remainder is equally divided among Christians and ethnic religions. Unfortunately, each of these groups is also deeply involved in the occult. The church has not escaped the challenges facing the Burkinabe. There is great need for leadership, mentoring, financial support, and a willingness to evangelize the unreached.
