BUILD YOUR ALTAR

📖 Judges 6:24 Then Gideon built an altar there unto the LORD, and called it Jehovah-shalom: unto this day it is yet in Ophrah of the Abi-ezrites.

There are times when we face challenges and repeated setbacks that defy explanation, even when success seems within reach. Often, these patterns can be traced back to spiritual issues rooted in our bloodlines and ancestral lineage. However, as believers, we can overcome these obstacles through prayer and the power of altars.

Fasting is a powerful tool to overcoming this challenge, as it helps bring the body under subjection, allowing the spirit to take charge.

Among the different types of fast, the fasting of the tongue is particularly important for those engaged in travailing prayers. By controlling our words, we create an environment where our words are purposeful and directed by the Holy Spirit.

The Bible teaches that controlling our tongue enables us to control our entire body, making our prayers more effective. This discipline extends beyond abstaining from

food; it includes abstaining from unnecessary conversations that can weaken our spiritual sensitivity and corrupt our spirit. As we control our tongue, we align ourselves more closely with God's spirit, making our prayers more powerful and effective.

Therefore, consciously speak words that give hope, express love, and build faith in the heart. This way, God is glorified, and souls are drawn to salvation. Hallelujah!

START-UP PRAYER:
Father, in the Name of Jesus, I ask for grace to bridle my tongue and not engage in matters that are beyond my jurisdiction in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR A NATION AZERBAIJAN
Over eighty-six percent of the nation’s ten million citizens are practicing Muslims. Religious institutions are still required to register with the Azeri government in order to congregate,

and religious literature must be approved before publishing.Christians are often harassed by law enforcement, threatened by heavy fines, and forced to avoid congregating because of the inability to adhere to strict regulations.

Many citizens are imprisoned for worshipping without proper registration.

PRAYER FOR THE NATION: Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that the Gospel of Christ will gain ascendancy in the hearts of the people of this land in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS: Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that your Holy Fear will rest upon the Leaders of this nation so that they may begin to lead the people in your ways only, in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL:
Father, in the Name of Jesus, we ask that you destroy and divide the tongues of those who would incite violence against Israel.

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH:
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that you will strengthen our hunger to know and be intimate with you so that we may walk according to your divine plan always in the Name of Jesus.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL: Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that you will bless our outreaches weekly, that they will be productive in reaching the people in our various cities and environs in Jesus Name.

SUBDUE INIQUITY

Daniel 4:27
“Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquillity.”

Iniquity is a powerful force that hinders prayers and delays breakthroughs. Unlike sin, which can be confessed and forgiven, iniquity is a punishment and cannot just be forgiven. To break free, it takes more than just forgiveness—it requires mercy. Mercy goes beyond acknowledging wrong; it is the undeserved kindness shown to those who haven’t even admitted their fault.

When we intercede for others and show mercy to the undeserving, we initiate a divine exchange. By extending mercy on earth, we draw mercy from heaven. This spiritual transaction begins to slow down the influence of iniquity in our lives. Mercy, unlike forgiveness, doesn’t merely wipe the slate clean; it subdues iniquity by transforming the heart and bringing it under God’s control.

As you travail in prayer and intercede for others, make a conscious effort to show mercy in your daily interactions. By doing so, you invite God to subdue iniquity in your life, bringing you closer to His peace and presence. Halleluyah!.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I ask that you open my eyes to see who I ought to show mercy to today so I can enjoy your mercy in the Name of Jesus.

BAHAMAS
Bahamians enjoy religious freedoms, with the majority of the population being Christian.However, Wealth and material things have become extremely important in Bahamian culture and have contributed to a rise in crime – mainly armed robbery and petty theft. Standards of morality have decreased, especially more births out of wedlock and drug use. While the majority of the people claim to be Christian, fewer are committed to the Church, and many churches lack pastoral leadership. The people need spiritual guidance and encouragement to continue the Lord’s work and to minister to the younger generation and the Haitian refugees.

PRAYER FOR THE NATION:
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that the power of immorality will be broken in this nation in the Name of Jesus.

PRAYER FOR THE LEADER:
Father, in the name of Jesus,we ask that you will give the leaders of this nation, a heart for justice and truth rooted in your word, in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, in the Name of Jesus, we pray that even in the midst of the pressures, the people of Israel will choose to turn to You in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we bind every spirit of offense, bitterness, and anger in the Church; and we ask for the spirit of love, peace, and unity to rest on us, in Jesus’ name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that your light will cover the nations of the earth, and that in every place, men, women, and youths will begin to hunger for you in a new way, in Jesus Name.
