SCRIPTURAL TEXT:
“The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of Light”,
Romans13:12
Our scriptural text reveals to us that though we are to cast off the works of darkened,this in itself is not sufficient to walk in the light;we are to put the armor of light.This means that the armor does not rest on a believer by chance or coincidence; it is a deliberate act by the believer to put it on.
The scriptures also reveal that we are to “put on the Lord Jesus Christ” (Rom.13:14). This means when we put on Christ through our honest living, having nothing to do with the ‘old man’ and his deeds(Ephesians 4:22), we are putting on the armour of light. This armour is not just a defensive weapon against darkness, but an offensive weapon that causes you to walk in Christ-like authority and power.
As you go through your day, whether at your home or workplace, be conscious of your armour of light. No evil dare touch you because you are in your armour. This is Christ’s desire for you as a believer; that you walk in the consciousness of your armour of light and rule in the midst of your enemies.Halleluyah

Dear Father, thank you for the revelation of your word, I daily put on my armor of light I. Jesus name.
E. REDEDICATE YOURSELF TO JESUS TODAY
Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you for the privilege of a new day. I am especially grateful for the sacrifice of your Son Jesus on the cross for my redemption, and the privilege to walk with You day by day. I rededicate my life to you today, and declare my submission to Your Word and Your Will. I hereby cast off the works of darkness, and I put on the armour of Light, as I consecrate my body, soul and spirit to you today. Let me life bring you glory now and always. Amen.

G. PRAY FOR A COUNTRY IN NEED TODAY: ARUBA
Aruba is an island in the southern Caribbean Sea. 25% of their population is unreached with the Gospel. However, the increased fellowship and cooperation among pastors has helped to curb issues on homosexual marriage legislation, teen drug addiction and the high rate of illegitimate births (about 50%).
PRAY FOR ARUBA: We are praying for a mighty outpour of God’s Spirit upon Aruba, that it would be known for righteousness.
H.PRAY FOR JERUSALEM
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6)
