Psalm 107:20
“He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.”

God’s primary action is to release His word, and His word carries all the power necessary to accomplish His will. The word of God is potent, able to produce the desired result, but for you to experience its power, you must align yourself with it. God’s word is not lacking in effectiveness; it is always ready to fulfill what it was sent to do.

Therefore, whenever you feel powerless, remember that the issue is not with God but with your alignment to His word. The power is already within the word He has sent; your role is to receive it with faith and obedience. Just as a seed contains everything needed to grow and bear fruit, so His word has all that is needed to bring transformation and strength to your life.

Therefore, make it a priority to embrace God’s word in every area of your life. Believe it, speak it, and let it shape your thoughts and actions. His word is alive and active, waiting to work on your behalf. Step into alignment with it, and let His power flow through you.

START-UP PRAYER

Father, in the name of Jesus, I ask for grace to to fully receive and align myself with Your word. Open my heart to trust its power, and guide me to live by it so I may experience the fullness of its impact in my life in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR A NATION
BRUNEI

In the nation of Brunei, government and religion are intermingled. A constitutional sultanate, locally known as the Malay Islamic Monarchy, rules the nation in an Islamic tradition dating back to the 15th century.  Even Brunei’s national flag displays the crescent moon, a common Islamic emblem that illustrates the nation’s religious affiliations. Though only 67% of Bruneians are Muslim, it is illegal to proselytize, and Muslims are forbidden to convert from Islam. These restrictions greatly hinder missionary attempts to establish new Christian communities.

PRAYER FOR THE NATION
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that you fill the minds of the believers of this land with creative and bold ways to witness to the Muslim majority in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS
Father, we ask that you expose corruption where it exists, and strengthen the legal system to protect the rights of the vulnerable and oppressed In Jesus’ name, Amen.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, we pray for not only an absence of war, but true peace and wholeness between all the different sectors of Arab and Jewish society that are often raging against one another, so that God can fulfill His purposes for the whole nation and world in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that you cause the churches to be unified in Christ and become witnesses of God’s faithfulness, authority, and unconditional love at work in His people in Jesus.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father, in the name of Jesus we stand against Satan, the god of this world that has blinded the mind of the unsaved in this land and we demand for their release through the blood of Jesus so they can understand the gospel of the kingdom of God in Jesus Name.
