RISE ABOVE SETBACKS

Setbacks are an inevitable part of life, but they do not have to define your journey. Many people allow failure or disappointment to stop them from moving forward, forgetting that setbacks are often setups for a greater comeback.

Listen to Praying the Promises

Proverbs 24:16- “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.”

Setbacks are an inevitable part of life, but they do not have to define your journey. Many people allow failure or disappointment to stop them from moving forward, forgetting that setbacks are often setups for a greater comeback. The righteous man in Scripture is not defined by his falls but by his ability to rise again. If you stay down, you delay the acceleration God has prepared for you.

Rising above setbacks requires a shift in perspective. Instead of viewing them as permanent obstacles, see them as opportunities for growth and redirection. Trust that God can use every failure and disappointment to position you for something greater. When you submit your setbacks to God, He equips you with strength and wisdom to overcome them and propels you forward faster than before. Remember, your ability to rise again demonstrates your faith in God’s power to redeem every situation.

Do not allow setbacks to paralyze you or steal your hope. Take them to God in prayer and ask for His guidance on your next steps. Refuse to dwell on the past; instead, focus on His promises for your future. As you rise above every setback, God will accelerate your journey, turning your challenges into testimonies of His faithfulness. Glory to God!
