God has great plans for you, and His will is to see you prosper and excel. (3John 2). His will however, can be limited by your expectation. In other words, your expecation sets the limit of how much you can receive from God.

Sadly, some believers have little or no expectations. They live their lives daily as they see it and rarely make effort to change their situation.

Sometimes, the rationale behind this mind-set is that when they do not have expectations, they will not be disappointed.

This mindset may also arise from the feeling of disappointment they previously experienced or from the way they were brought up. But, this is not God’s will for you.

As you step out every day, He has great things in store for you. (Jer 29:11) . So, set your expectations high and expect the best. The angels of God are on high alert to help you, but you must expect or anticipate their help to receive it. (Heb 1:14). Remember, you can only receive from God, as much as you expect.

🏞️ PRAYER FOR A NATION – MONGOLIA
86% are unreached with the Gospel. The majority of its populace are Buddhists. While the Kazakhs are a majority in the far-western province of Mongolia which, are mostly Muslims and the Muslim missionaries seek to re-Islamize these people.

1. Prayer for the nation: Oh Lord, cause the few churches in Mongolia to be strengthened, so that they may keep their faith in the face of persecution, and draw others to salvation in the name of Jesus.
2. Prayer for the leaders: Dear Father, grant the leaders of Mongolia the grace to face the
unique challenges facing the nation, especially regarding political unrest, financial crisis, law enforcement, and racial division, in the name of Jesus.
