- Scriptural Text: 1Corinthians 16:13
Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.
Motivation can be defined as a reason or reasons for acting or behaving in a particular way. When a person is motivated, he or she would not need a constant reminder or follow-up to do the things that are required from him/her.
Oftentimes, we see a lot of individuals whether in our offices, business places, or even in home affairs who lack motivation. They do things lackadaisically; always wanting to be followed-up or reminded to carry out even the simplest tasks. Such individuals have the tendency to bring down or slow the progress of an organization and no employer will want to employ such a person.
Being motivated is a core habit of successful people. And, if you desire to be a person of success, then, you must place a high priority on motivation. In staying motivated, you must identify the source of your strength, pay any price to stay motivated.
Decide now that in this new year you will form the habit of staying motivated at all times. Soon you will see how much progress you have made. Hallelujah!
