THE SACRIFICE OF PRAISE

Jeremiah 33:11 KJV
“the voice of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praise the LORD of hosts: for the LORD is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the LORD. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at first, saith the LORD.”

For many believers, it is easy to praise God when everything is going well and they have no challenges in their lives. However, fervent power is released in praise by virtue of the sacrifice carrying it.

Sacrificial praise means praising God even in seemingly unfavourable situations, when life does not seem to make sense, and when our hearts are heavy with burdens. This is never easy, but when you offer the sacrifice of praise with faith, you mobilize God to move on your behalf. And when God shows up, He shows off!

Therefore, instead of complaining about that difficult situation today, resort to offering the sacrifice of praise unto God because He does not respond to tears; He responds to the sacrifice of praise. As you do this, expect to experience a turnaround because God will definitely respond! Glory to God.

DAILY PRAYER GUIDE

Dear Father, I Father, I ask today that You strengthen me to praise You with all my heart, even in the midst of difficult situations and challenges in Jesus’ name.

Albania has been a secular state since 1912, meaning it remains neutral on matters of belief and conscience. The most common religion in Albania is Islam, followed by Christianity. However, religious observance and practice are generally lax today, and polls indicate that few Albanians consider religion to be important factors in their lives.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for more labourers to boldly rise from among the churches that exist in Albania, in Jesus name.

Heavenly Father, we pray that leaders who fear you will begin to take their place in the seats of power in the nation, so that they may lead the people in the fear of God.

Prayer for Israel
Father, in the Name of Jesus, we ask that you will heal their land and cause their people to be prosperous in Jesus Name.

Prayer for the Unity of the Church

Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that You baptize the leaders of the church with the spirit of selflessness, that they may discharge their duties in humility and love In Jesus’ name.

Prayer for Souls/Revival
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that You grant unto all lost souls in our city repentance and a knowledge of the truth, so that they may escape from the snare of the devil In Jesus’ name.
