SCRIPTURAL TEXT: 1 SAMUEL 1:19
And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the Lord, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the Lord remembered her.
August 20th
In your quest for answered prayers, after receiving a word from God which is prophecy; you receive peace and joy. The next thing to do is engage in worship. At this level you do not pray about that thing anymore, you just worship.
Worship is a concentrated adoration expressed in words, songs, gestures, or music. Allow your mind to shift from your problems to the one who is more than able to solve them. And yes, He has promised to do it. He does not fail. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Amen.
As you worship, imagine God in his beauty and holiness, think of who is He, think of all He created. He is the landlord of the multiverse. Your worship will complete the steps to your answered prayers. When you get here, your answers are now sure to come. Hallelujah!
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Dear Father, you are the Landlord of the multiverse, there is no word to qualify your greatness. I receive grace to stay in worship in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR KIRIBATI
Overpopulation and unemployment combined with increasing alcohol abuse create a difficult environment in which to grow up. I-Kiribati migrate for work on foreign ships but many return home with AIDS or drug problems.
Y: We are praying for the Christians in the land to live by example drawing others to the Lord.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6).
PRAYER FOR NATIONS/LEADERS
Dear Lord, give the leaders insight into the needs of their communities and discernment to make decisions to lead their states, communities, and nation well.
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Oh Lord, take away from the church unhealthy competition and help us to follow you completely in all holiness and righteousness.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we remove every veil covering the eyes of the people in our city from accepting Jesus as lord over their lives
