Listen to Praying the Promises

Job 2:3- “And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.”

Integrity is a rare and precious virtue that is often overlooked in today’s world. Many people are more focused on achieving success quickly than on developing the character and principles that will sustain them in the long run. The lack of integrity leads to compromise, as individuals choose shortcuts over the hard work and personal growth that integrity requires. However, true success is rooted in upholding moral and ethical standards, no matter the cost.

To live with integrity means to be upright, sincere, and honorable, standing firm on your principles regardless of external pressures. Integrity is a personal choice to do what is right, even when no one is watching. God values integrity and blesses those who walk in it. Job is a powerful example of this. Despite the immense suffering and loss he endured, he chose to remain steadfast in his integrity, refusing to curse God or compromise his faith. In the end, God rewarded Job’s faithfulness and restored him abundantly.

In your own life, choose to prioritize integrity above all else. Stand firm in your commitment to honor God in every action and decision, knowing that He sees your heart and will reward you for your faithfulness. A person of integrity is not only preserved by God, but also receives His favor, guidance, and continuous mercy. Decide today to be a person of integrity, and trust that God will bless and protect you as you live uprightly in His sight.
