David said moreover, The LORD that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he
will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the LORD be with thee

Our expectations determine our experience. Many believers today do not
experience God’s supernatural hand and intervention in their lives
because, they simply do not expect it. Whenever you are faced with
challenges do you rely only on your mental calculations and prowess to resolve the
issues more than trusting in God?
We see in our scriptural text how David placed his confidence in God in every challenge. He had encountered
God’s help several times thus, he knew and completely put his trust in God. He knew by experience that the God
who had saved him previously was more than able to save him now.
What is your expectation when you are confronted with challenges today? Do you see victory on the horizon or
do you anticipate defeat? It is your expectation that sets your experience. If David had anticipated defeat then,
that would have been his experience.
If you see that God can give you victory, He surely will because, your faith in him would create that experience.

PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Dear Father, I receive strength for unwavering faith
in you, I do not doubt in Jesus name.

Background: Lesotho is a Christian nation with just about 8% unreached with the gospel but, most were never fully converted. The social
pressure against becoming born again is wielded by traditional religious forces. The churches in Lesotho maintain a low impact on society.
We are praying that the churches in Lesotho would not compromise with African traditional religious practices and beliefs but
stand for Jesus at all times.
Dear Lord, give the leaders insight into the needs of their communities and discernment to make decisions to lead their states,
communities, and nation well.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in
Jerusalem and that your purposes be
established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
We pray, oh Lord, give the leaders of the church a perfect heart, a
heart that continually seeks you in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask for the support of angelic beings, saints of old, and a manifestation of the
person of Jesus for the evangelization of this city.
