Philippians 4:6–7 (KJV)
“Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Prayer is not just a means of asking God for something; it is a channel through which His peace is also released into our lives. When we pray according to His Word, we align ourselves with His will, and in return, God grants us a peace that transcends all understanding. This peace is the evidence that our prayers have reached heaven, even before the answers manifest. It protects our hearts from anxiety and doubt, assuring us that God is at work. Isn’t that amazing?
God’s peace is more than a feeling—it is His guarantee that our requests are being processed in the heavenly realm. Even if we don’t immediately see the results, the peace we receive in prayer is a reminder that God has heard us and is actively involved. It serves as a shield over our minds, keeping us in perfect trust and alignment with Him.
In moments when fear or uncertainty threatens to shake us, we must return to the place of prayer and reestablish this channel of peace. As long as we remain connected to God through prayer, His peace will guard our hearts, keeping us steady until the full answer is revealed. Trust in that peace, and let it be the anchor of your faith. Halleluyah!

PRAYER FOR A NATION
Bhutan
Though the population of Bhutan is nearly one million, the number of Christians is very few. Churches are forbidden in all but very rare circumstances with most believers meeting in private homes to worship in secret. Bhutan is one of the least evangelized nations, and the Christians within its borders are subject to prejudice, harassment, and even physical violence.Thankfully, albeit it small, the Church is growing.
