A business is as good as the people running it. Whether or not a business will thrive depends largely on the quality of hands that run it daily.

A good business idea capable of taking the market by storm with resounding success can be crippled by low quality workers. In the same way, a struggling business can be given life by a set of dutiful, creative, and dedicated staff.

In our opening text, we see how the Lord Jesus recruited two of His disciples. Notice their eagerness to follow Him, and the sacrifice they paid by leaving their father, just to follow the Master. These are the kind of staff you need for your business. Those who are willing to go the extra mile for your cause.

This is where many entrepreneurs make big mistakes. In a bid to cut costs, they jeopardize the chances of their business survival by overlooking competence and willingness in favour of affordability. This is a costly mistake.

Therefore, reconsider the quality of staff currently in your business or those that will be employed. As a principle, the best people should be hired for the task at hand at the best possible price.

Do not compromise in your recruitment. Prioritize integrity and skill over affordability. Hire the right people today and give your business a lifeline.

🏞️ PRAYER FOR A NATION – MOZAMBIQUE
Mozambique is about 46% Christian, 32% Ethnoreligious, and 18% Muslim. Years of suffering has led many Mozambicans to seek spiritual answers, and many churches have been planted! Yet there remains a great need for training and discipleship, particularly among the pastors and leaders of these newly planted churches.

1. Prayer for the nation: Oh Lord, pour our your Spirit upon the nation Mozambique, and cause the heart of its citizens to yearn for you, in the name of Jesus.
2. Prayer for the leaders: Oh Lord, grant unto the leaders of Mozambique the grace to rely on you in all their decision making in their name of Jesus
