Wherefore putting away lying, speak everyman truth with his neighbors; for we are members one of another”,
Ephesians 4:25
Lies are not of God; they are works of the flesh. From the scriptures, we see that the works of the flesh also refer to the works of darkness; the works of darkness attracts the cloaks of darkness which in turns deactivate your armor of light.
Today’s scripture text points out that speaking the truth is a necessity as a believer in Christ. When one speaks the truth, he has his armor of light activated and that light repels all that is of darkness from his life, bringing him into the plan of God for his future. However, when a believer does not put away lying, allows the cloak of darkness access to his spirit.
Are you living in deception or giving in to lies? Turn to the Lord and repent today, asking the Holy Ghost to help you. He is the Spirit of truth and He is so eager to guide you into all truth, which will make you free (John 8. 32). He will also empower you with the strength to overcome. Hallelujah!

Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you for the privilege of a new day. I am especially grateful for the sacrifice of your Son Jesus on the cross for my redemption, and the privilege to walk with You day by day. I rededicate my life to you today, and declare my submission to Your Word and Your Will. I hereby cast off the works of darkness, and I put on the armour of Light, as I consecrate my body, soul and spirit to you today. Let me life bring you glory now and always. Amen.

G.PRAY FOR A COUNTRY IN NEED TODAY: ARUBA
Aruba is an island in the southern Caribbean Sea. 25% of their population is unreached with the Gospel. However, the increased fellowship and cooperation among pastors has helped to curb issues on homosexual marriage legislation, teen drug addiction and the high rate of illegitimate births (about 50%).
PRAY FOR ARUBA; We are praying that godly men and women will arise in the government of Aruba to make laws that favour the Gospel..
H.PRAY FOR JERUSALEM
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6)
