SCRIPTURAL TEXT:
For the vision is yet for an appointed you? Have you ever felt like it might never come to pass? You’ve got time, but at the end it shall speak,and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it: because it will surely come, it will not tarry
Habakuk 2:3
Have you ever experienced setbacks concerning what God promised
to realize that God never goes back on His word; neither should you in your pursuit of Him. The vision however is for an appointed time.
When David was anointed king before his father and brothers, one would have thought that God would just snap his fingers and the next day or week, David would be on the throne as king over Israel; but this was not the case. God has His appointed time for David, and within that time was a time that looked as though David would never survive, let alone become king. The vision was for an appointed time. All that David went through eventually made him so dependent on God that he was referred to as a man after God’s heart and at the right time God gave him the kingdom.
Not only did God give him the kingdom, God also promised to establish his throne forever. Today, refuse to be in despair if it seems God’s promise to you is failing. His word is yea and amen. Your role is to remain in constant dependence on Him,seeking His face and He will exalt you in due season.

Father, I thank you for this new day and the privilege you have given me to know you and to walk with you by faith. I am grateful for the revelation of your Word and the gift of your Holy Spirit. I commit myself to fellowshipping with your Word and your Spirit this day. Help me to walk by faith and not by sight and to live a life that pleases you. I consecrate my whole body, soul and spirit to you right now, in Jesus Name. Amen

G.PRAY FOR A COUNTRY IN NEED TODAY: BAHRAIN
Over 80% of its population is Muslim with 38% unreached with the Gospel. 59% of its labour force is foreign, drawn from more than 50 nations. The less evangelized of these expatriate communities are Iranians, Sri Lankans and Hindus and Muslims from India and Pakistan.
PRAY FOR BAHRAIN; We are praying for a mighty outpour of God’s spirit upon the nation.

Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6)
