Blessed is everyone that feareth The Lord; that walketh in His ways
Psalm 128:1
The man who fears God will walk in His ways. Our opening scripture heralds this powerful truth. It is the fear of God that launches us to walk in His ways, in His wisdom, and thus in His blessings. However, for those who lack the fear of God, He allows them to walk in their own ways, fulfilling the lustful desires of the flesh and their minds.
The Word of God also clearly puts a distinction between the ways of God and the ways of men (Isa 55:8). To walk in someone’s way, you have to think the person’s thoughts. Thoughts and ways are related as we see in Isaiah 55:9. Therefore to walk in God’s ways you need to acquire His thoughts through His word. As you search the scriptures you would find God’s thoughts about every aspect of life.
The fear of God will move you to seek His will constantly so as to be aligned with Him and walk in His path. Therefore, today, let the fear of God sit deeply in your heart and let it affect your thoughts, thereby causing you to walk in His ways all the time. Halleluyah!

Tonga
Tonga’s rich Christian heritage is a blessing, but has reached the point of oversaturation. The proliferation of denominations generates competition among churches, as newer groups entice believers away. Isolation and the difficult economic situation complicate issues further.
Y: We are praying for the churches in the land that the light of the glorious Gospel will shine forth through the churches.
Startup Prayer: Dear Father, mold me, shape me by Your word in Jesus name.
