“If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.”
John 15:7
Many folks wonder why they are not as fruitful as they should or why they are stagnant. The question is, are they abiding in the Word? In our opening text, Jesus instructs us to let His words abide in us. Abiding in the Word brings us into alignment with Christ.
This alignment begins by meditating on the Word (Psalm 1:2). As you meditate on the Word, the Word will begin to purge you and cleanse your mindset (John 15:5). The end result is the formation of the Word in you, so that it becomes the standard by which you live.
When you align yourself with the Word, you move from bearing no fruit, to being fruitful. In other words, the Word will begin to make you fruitful. Therefore, give meditation on the Word a higher priority in your daily life. Meditate till you become aligned with the Word of God.
Prophecy 1: As you meditate on the Word, may your life become fruitful in Jesus’ name.
Prophecy 2: As you step out today, may God’s word be your standard in Jesus’ name.
