Our Opening Text today, shows a King called Amaziah who did everything he had been asked to do, even though he harbored a contrary opinion or hideous motive in his heart. If the Bible says Amaziahs heart was imperfect, it means that his deeds were unacceptable to God.

The world we live in today is filled with countless distractions and conflicting demands, making it very easy to lose sight of what truly matters. Our opening scripture reminds us to put God first in every area of our lives, trusting solely in Him to help us navigate through life’s journey.
