CULTIVATE A HEART OF GRATITUDE

“Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.  “

Our opening text today, emphasizes the importance of gratitude in our walk with God and the multiplication of our fruit. When we acknowledge and express gratitude for the blessings we received, it opens the door for more blessings and opportunities to come our way.

Gratitude keeps us humble and content, allowing us to appreciate what we have and to recognize the hand of God in our lives. On the other hand, when we allow ingratitude to form in us, it may limit our progress and shut the door to the next level.

When we are grateful for what God has done for us, we are more likely to be grateful to those around us. This gratitude extends to giving generously and selflessly, as we recognize that everything, we have is ultimately a gift from God.

Therefore, as we gear up to enter into the last month of the year, labour to develop a heart of gratitude because the favour of God will be towards those who show appreciation for greater and mightier testimonies.

PRAYER FOR A NATION – SENEGAL
47% of its populace are unreached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the largest religion is Islam, which constitutes 91% of the total population of the nation.


Prayer for the nation: Father in the name of Jesus, cause laws that will favour the cause of the Gospel to be promulgated in the nation, in the name of Jesus Christ.


Prayer for the leaders: Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that you cause righteous men and women to rise into positions of authority in the nation, and to set irrefutable examples that will witness to the heart of many about Christ, in the name of Jesus.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that the eyes of Church leaders will be opened to the plan of God for unity in the Body of Christ, in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS/ REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask for a release of supernatural wisdom for soul winning, leading to daily harvest of souls into the kingdom.
