ENVISION A BRIGHT FUTURE.

“Genesis 13:14-15 – And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.

The power of visualization is an incredible gift bestowed upon us by God. It is a gift that is available to everyone, regardless of their wealth or social status. Unfortunately, many people are unaware of this ability or have not fully utilized its potential.

In our opening text today, we see the Lord instructing Abraham to look beyond his present situation and see with the eyes of faith. This is an important exercise for every believer to undertake daily. While we all have been promised a bright future, we can still live mediocre lives if we fail to envision greatness.

Your present circumstances or past experiences may be hindering you from seeing the amazing future that lies ahead. It is important to remind yourself of the promises in scriptures that speak of your elevated position in Christ, your abundance, and your prosperity. By meditating on those scriptures, you can expand your vision beyond your current situation, and move a step closer to its manifestation in your life. Hallelujah!

Startup Prayer:
Father in the name of Jesus, help me to see beyond my present circumstance into the glorious future that you have for me, in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR A NATION – PORTUGAL
As a predominantly Catholic country, Portugal is even further unified by the culturally embedded traditions and practices of the Church. The Portuguese youth in particular are overlooked, and New Age ideals, Mormonism, and Jehovah’s Witnesses are beginning to take hold of those who do not know Christ. Increasing pursuit of individualism and material gain further blind the people from seeing their need for a Savior.

Prayer for the Nation:
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for an outpour of your Spirit upon this nation, that will bring about a revival in the Church, resulting in a massive harvest of souls into the Kingdom, in Jesus Name.

Prayer for the Leaders:
Father in the name of Jesus, cause your fear to rest in the hearts of the leaders of this nation, that they may make and enforce laws that favour the cause of righteousness, in the name of Jesus.

Prayer for Israel – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today, that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen. (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that the Church will walk in love, with one purpose and one vision to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth, in Jesus name, Amen.

PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that as we go into our cities and environs to share the Gospel, that your word will have a free course in the hearts of all that hear us, and that your Word will cause a transformation in their lives, in Jesus name.
