RECEIVE AN 11TH HOUR MIRACLE

“Luke 5:4-6 (NIV) – “When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, ‘Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.’ Simon answered, ‘Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.’ When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break.”

Our opening text today records the experience of Simon Peter, a fisherman who had toiled all night without catching anything. The Lord Jesus instructed Simon to go back out and let down the nets for a catch, and an initially hesitant Peter obeyed. What followed was nothing short of a miracle.

This experience teaches us about the power of faith and the timing of God’s miracles. Sometimes, we find ourselves in situations where we have worked hard, and prayed fervently, and yet we see no results. It is in these moments that we must remember the example of Simon Peter. Despite his exhaustion and disappointment, he chose to trust and obey Jesus’ words.

This is a reminder that God’s timing is not our timing. Just when we think all hope is lost, God can step in and turn the situation around. So, if you find yourself in a season of waiting, do not be discouraged. Keep your faith strong, continue to obey God’s word, and be open to the possibility of an 11th-hour miracle. Hallelujah.

Prayer for the nation: Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for the churches in Senegal, that they will become a strong force and voice in the nation, in Jesus name.

Prayer for the leaders: Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that you will guard the leaders and protect their families from every plan of the wicked, so they can lead without distractions, in Jesus Name.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, grant believers in the Body of Christ to love one another as you have loved us, in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS/ REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we break every hindrance and discontinue every operation of Satan that has put a blockage between us and the people that you want saved. We decree that this week, they are connecting to us one way or the other, in Jesus name.
