As believers and offsprings of God, God calls us to manifest higher levels of living which although goes beyond the normalcy of earthly life, it reveals our true nature in Him. Knowing this would aid your understanding of God’s prescription for you to give thanks in ‘everything’. That sure doesn’t look easy or logical. It is quite easy to give thanks and discern God’s will when we experience good things, but happens when you are faced with challenges and situations so discouraging that you cannot discern the will of God?
Our scriptural text reveals God secret code for you as His child. When you are unsure about what the will of God is regarding that particular situation you may be faced with, God says you can be certain that thanksgiving is His will, and will always remain His will for you. No matter the chaos, He will meet you in your thanksgiving, which is His will for you. When He does, things fall in place!
Having this knowledge that it is God’s will for you to give Him thanks in everything, develop a new mindset about the challenges in your life and your daily living. Cultivate the habit of giving Him thanks in everything. You will be acting out His will by doing so, and thus activating His power on your behalf.

ALGERIA
With a 97% Muslim population, 85% of Algerians are unreached with the Gospel but faith is growing among Arabs. New fellowships are popping up. Their youths are frustrated and disillusioned but they make up the largest population in Algeria and amongst them are the majority of the Christians.
Y. We are praying that the Christians in Algeria will shine as light in all that they do causing many others to be attracted to Christ.
