“Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.”
Most people considered to be successful have many habits in common, one of which is ‘reading’.
These do not just see reading as a hobby like many people do. Rather, they take reading as a way of life. This is because reading expands the capacity of the mind, while providing the necessary knowledge and information required for success.
Although, not everyone may have the time or the motivation to read every day, as one who desires success, you must make a conscious decision to develop a reading habit.
Also, When you spend quality time to read, it helps you develop new perspectives, exposes you to new ideas, and new ways of doing things, that can impact on your own success and accelerate your growth.
You can begin by reading about people who have become successful in the area of business, career, politics, family, or even ministry. Whichever field you may find yourself, learn to spend quality time reading and let it fine-tune your mind to accelerate in the direction of your vision.
The great thing is that books are also available in audio format, so you may also listen as you go about your daily activities. There is no excuse.

Dear Father, I ask for the grace to develop a daily reading habit in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR A NATION – MEXICO
Persecution occurs in certain parts of Mexico. In the southern states, believers face prejudice, harassment, evictions, and church and property damage. This mostly occurs due to believers’ refusal to participate in community-religious events that involve traditional Christo-pagan practices.
1. Prayer for the nation: We are praying for effective outreach to reach the young people in Mexico
2. Prayer for the leaders: Father in the Name of Jesus, we pray that you will raise up leaders in the nation who will make laws to protect the freedom of the people so that they can live peaceful, quiet lives in godliness and dignity in Jesus name
