Our opening text today clearly states one of the greatest assets you have received from God; is a sound mind.Thus, you have existent in you a sound mind that can tackle any challenge and can achieve anything. With a sound mind, you should not be limited, and neither should you fail.

Our opening text also identifies God as the source of this sound mind. If it comes from God, it can only be good and perfect. (James 1:17). And if He cannot be limited or has never failed, you should not.

Furthermore, the ancient Greek word here refers to a sound mind as a calm and controlled mind in contrast to panic and confusion, when one is in a fearful or unstable situation. So, regardless of what you face as you go about your business, you should never panic, fear or be in distress because your mind possesses the capacity to devise a solution or way of escape. This puts you at a point of advantage so that no matter how hard or fearful a situation may be, you can overcome and take charge.

🏞️ PRAYER FOR A NATION – MONGOLIA
86% are unreached with the Gospel. Majority of its populace are Buddhists. While the Kazakhs are a majority in the far-western province of Mongolia which, are mostly Muslims and the Muslim missionaries seek to re-Islamize these people.

1. Prayer for the nation: Dear Father, we pray for wisdom upon mission groups in the nation of Mongolia to effectively reach out to all age levels, and bring them to Christ, in the name of Jesus.
2. Prayer for the leaders: Father in the name of Jesus, we pray that you will grant the leaders of Mongolia, the ability to distinguish between righteous counsel and the deceitful counsel of the wicked. Surround them with righteous men and women who will give them sound advice in the name of Jesus.
