APPLY THE REQUIRED FORCE

Ecclesiastes 9:10
“Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.”

Success without hard work is not guaranteed. Some people today have no work ethic – they are used to giving excuses and procrastinating, yet they want to prosper, but for every level of result you desire, there is the level or quality of work that is required. Failure to work as you should will automatically result in a lesser result than expected.

Hard work is the necessary force required to achieve desired result. It is doing what it takes to secure a level of result or success. Just like our opening text stresses, you must avoid complacency and the habit of working half-heartedly. Rather, invest all our might or resources into the opportunities you have. This is because until your full potential is released in the implementation of a task, there is no hard work, and without hard work, success is not guaranteed.

You must therefore develop the ability to deploy your full potential into your work and apply the necessary force to see things through. Train your mind to give your all into every assignment you are given, so you can experience continued success in every of your endeavour. Glory to God.

DAILY PRAYER GUIDE

Startup Prayer: Father in the name of Jesus, strengthen me to give my all and deploy my full potential in the line of my work today, that I may experience good success, in the name of Jesus.

PRAYER FOR A NATION – SUDAN
Sudanese are mainly Muslims. The nation is yet to recover from physical damage from bombing, fire, and poverty caused by wars. There is a strong need for the training of church leaders in the nation.

Prayer for the nation: Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that you will send more labourers into the harvest field of the nation Sudan, that those you have ordained to be saved may be reaped into the Kingdom, in the name of Jesus.

Prayer for the leaders:Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for wisdom upon the government to handle the inaccessibility challenge affecting the spread of the Gospel in the land.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we bind every spirit of selfishness in the church; and we ask for grace to be selfless, forbearing one another in Jesus’ name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS/ REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for more doors of the gospel to be opened unto us in various cities, nations and continents, in Jesus name.
