That in the dispensation of the fullness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
Ephesians 1: 7
God does nothing without goals or a set vision. Before God began creation, it’s clear that He had a clear-cut goal of what He wanted. In His wisdom, He had planned out all He wanted to do, where He wanted anything to be and how He wanted them to function. We see that He had finished creation before He brought man into the earth to dominate all he created. When you do not have goals, you wrongly position yourself for a chaotic life and you miss opportunities when they come.
Opportunities abound to us every passing day but only those with well defined goals and plans can see them. Not having a properly set goal before setting out for the year or any venture that you have in mind to achieve, is like a driver setting out on a journey but has no idea of the destination and how to arrive there. Such a journey is bound to be fruitless.
Do you want to end this year celebrating the achievement of those things you had so desired? Set specific goals and a plan on how you want to achieve them, taking daily steps towards its completion. Until your vision becomes a daily task, your vision will only remain a wish.

Father, I thank you for this new day and the privilege you have given me to know you and to walk with you by faith. I am grateful for the revelation of your Word and the gift of your Holy Spirit. I commit myself to fellowshipping with your Word and your Spirit this day. Help me to walk by faith and not by sight and to live a life that pleases you. I consecrate my whole body, soul and spirit to you right now, in Jesus Name. Amen.

G.PRAY FOR A COUNTRY IN NEED TODAY: BARBADOS
Since settlement in 1627, Barbados has been Christian, though 20% of its population is unreached with the Gospel. There is also a recent spiritual decline with symptoms of decreasing church attendance, increased violence and crime in the nation.
PRAY FOR BARBADOS We are praying for revival in the Churches in Barbados.

Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6)
