Scriptural Text: Isaiah 28:10

“For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:”

To be detailed is to be concerned about the minute and intricate aspects of a project or assignment. A detailed person will take thorough and exhaustive estimate of all that is required to make things work. He is also meticulous, painstaking, and comprehensive. On the other hand, a person who is not detailed is careless and therefore causes damage.

 

If you ask some business persons to give you a financial record of their business- income, expenditure, profit margin, percentage of profit, gross profit, net profit, and other financial details, they cannot tell you and yet, they expect to succeed. Some other business people cannot compute an extensive proposal that will detail their business projection, estimation, market, etc,. And, they wonder why they cannot get financial backing for their ideas.

 

However, if you want to be prosperous this year, you must begin to train your mind to become more excellent and detailed. Therefore, get to the bottom of whatever you are doing, do not just assume or accept what is on the surface. You already possess the ability to pay attention to detail, so, deliberately train your mind to do so for maximum achievement.

Dear Father, help me to be a very detailed person this year in Jesus name.

 

🌍 PRAYER FOR NATIONS & LEADERS

Background: Majority of its population are Christians. Many Maltese have immigrated to other lands, such as Australia, Britain, Italy, and Canada, where some have come to the Lord. Although the Maltese diaspora still outnumbers the Maltese population, increasing numbers are returning to their homeland.

🙏 We are praying for an outpour of God’s Spirit upon the nation.

 

🙏 Prayer for Leaders/nation:
Father, grant the leaders the ability to distinguish between righteous counsel and the deceitful counsels of the wicked. Surround them with righteous men and women who will give them sound advice. May government halls and buildings around the world be filled with wise counsel and understanding.

 

💒 PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we come against every devil from hell that is infesting the Church with hate, pride, arrogance, and factions that is almost the order of the day in the church now, in Jesus name.

 

☄️ PRAYER FOR SOULS/REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that the Holy Spirit will inspire in us word of knowledge and word of wisdom for effective soul winning.

 

🕍 PRAYER FOR JERUSALEM
Father, I ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Psa. 122:6).
