PRAY WITHOUT CEASING

1Thessalonians 5:17
“ Pray without ceasing.”

For us as believers, prayer is not just a communication with God or a way of receiving from God, it is our lifeline. Just as a living organism cannot survive without air, we cannot live without breathing prayer. We pray to express our dependency on the One who is the source of our lives, and the essence of our being.

Sometimes, believers tend to get tired or wearied when they do not get immediate answers to their prayers. When in trouble, they tend to look to other means for help rather than looking to God. This should not be. When in trouble, the proof of your trust in God is expressed through your constant and persistent prayers. Even in times of prosperity, the sign of your dependency is shown in your dedication to prayer.

Therefore, resolve to pray consistently no matter what obstacles you encounter, knowing that the One who has called you is faithful and will undoubtedly answer your prayers. (1 Thess 5:24). Let the Holy Ghost revive your appetite and passion for prayer as you call on Him to rekindle fresh fire on your prayer altar today. Hallelujah!

PRAYER FOR A NATION-TURKEY
Since up to 98 percent of the population are Muslims, Christians are a minority religion in Turkey. During the ottoman period, a system of tax was implemented taking 50 percent of earnings from non-Muslims as opposed to a small amount from Muslims. This resulted in a large number of peasants converting their faith to Islam.

 Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that you baptize the leaders of this nation with a sudden desire to know and encounter you, and that their hearts will be turned unto you, in the name of Jesus.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL – (Ps 122:6)
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask today that there will be peace in Jerusalem and that your purposes be established in that city. Amen (Ps 122:6)

PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we come against every of form satanic attack against the church, we decree that the church will stand firm and flourish even in this end times, in Jesus name.

PRAYER FOR SOULS/ REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, we bind and destroy every anti-revival strategy and operation of Satan in the city that tries to lure men away from God, in Jesus name.
