(3 John 1:2)
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
It Is an established fact that exercising is vital for healthy living. However, many business and career persons find it very difficult to exercise on a regular basis. Walking is one of the simplest exercises that anyone can engage in, no matter how busy one may be.
Walking has been proven to be one of the most powerful ways to maintain a healthy weight. Also, experts have agreed that walking as a form of exercise can greatly improve your physical and mental health.
Today, many persons spend long period of time every day, sitting down in a particular position in their places of work, and when they are done for the day, they get into a vehicle to drive them to their destination. They never at any time, exercise. This is an unhealthy routine. This is why you can engage in walking.
Peradventure, you are unable to engage in other forms of exercise because of your schedule, you can plan to take walks beginning from today. You may decide to walk from your home to your office, to the market and back each day, etc. You can also take advantage of prayer walks, where you pray while taking a walk around your home. That way, you are exercising both your body and your spirit at the same time. Glory to God.
As you do this daily, you find yourself better energized and revitalised to deliver on your goals this year.
